  • Maintenance Technician

    Hudson Grove Property Management is currently seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians for properties located thru out the Metro Denver area. In this position, you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will help maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and that it is in good working order while providing superior customer service to your residents.

    Essential Functions:

    • Assist in readying units for occupancy • Ensure attractiveness of property grounds including snow removal • Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation • General customer service • Maintain and repair appliances • Minor electrical and plumbing • HVAC other building systems repair • Utilize your problem solving and technical skills to resolve work orders • Help manage inventory • Tackle any other tasks as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Basic apartment, home or facilities maintenance skills preferred to include some experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, painting and carpentry • Have your own tools • Have a source of reliable transportation

  • Staff Accountant

    Hudson Grove Property Management has a dynamic opportunity for an experienced, career-minded, highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a Staff Accountant position at our corporate office located in Lakewood, CO. Successful candidates will be those with a background in multi-family (residential apartments) management accounting with 3+ years of full cycle month end experience for multiple entities. We want individuals who share our core values and demonstrate a true passion for what they do!

    Essential Functions: • Responsible for Full Cycle Accounting AP, AR, GL and forecasting for growing portfolio of multifamily rental properties; analyzing general ledger activity to ensure revenue and expenses are correctly recognized and prepared in agreement with owner requirements and applicable accounting principles • Prepare and maintain inter-company billing • Responsible for reconciliation and accuracy of multiple bank accounts • Complete a variety of special projects as needed • Work Schedule to be from 9:00 to 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday or as needed to meet business needs

    Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred; CPA and payroll experience is a plus • Progressive experience as a Staff Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience required; audit experience with a top accounting firm is a plus • Ability to apply generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) to all work tasks • Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy • Terrific organization skills, self-driven, solid work ethic and a strong sense of urgency • High Proficiency in Excel and overall experience with Microsoft Office Suite (to include Word and Outlook) • Experience utilizing Yardi a plus!
