    Hudson Grove Property Management has a terrific opportunity for a professional, career minded, experienced, self-motivated and dependable individual to manage an affordable housing/mod-rehab community in the Aurora area.

    There's no "typical day" when you have a career in the apartment industry. Working as a team to manage the onsite operations for a multi-site portfolio, ensures you'll provide a quality living experience for our residents.

    Essential Functions: • Proactively and efficiently oversee all business operations • Manage, coach, develop, and inspire your team to be successful • Maintain strong resident relations, ensuring residents are well served and satisfied • Manage the property's revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are achieved • Promote a dynamic marketing plan that allows the community to stand out • Tour a future resident/prospect in an interesting way to help them find the right place to call home and schedule move-ins to minimize rent loss • Ensure attractiveness of year-round curb appeal • Conduct move in, move out and turnkey inspections and follow through with any concerns • Issue appropriate notices (i.e. small balance letters, demand for rent payment, etc.) • Maintain accuracy of resident files • Report and follow-up on work orders with the Maintenance Team and confirm work order satisfaction with residents • Manage any other responsibilities as delegated by the Regional Manager

    Qualifications: • Proven industry experience in managing a community • Ability to understand and respond to the needs of our current and prospective residents, offering the right solution to their questions and/or concerns; • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle • Experience utilizing Yardi a plus!

  • Maintenance Technician (Metro Denver)

    Hudson Grove Property Management is currently seeking Full Time Maintenance Technicians for properties located thru out the Metro Denver area. In this position, you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will help maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and that it is in good working order while providing superior customer service to your residents.

    Essential Functions:

    • Assist in readying units for occupancy • Ensure attractiveness of property grounds including snow removal • Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation • General customer service • Maintain and repair appliances • Minor electrical and plumbing • HVAC other building systems repair • Utilize your problem solving and technical skills to resolve work orders • Help manage inventory • Tackle any other tasks as delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager

    Qualifications:

    • Basic apartment, home or facilities maintenance skills preferred to include some experience in HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, painting and carpentry • Have your own tools • Have a source of reliable transportation

    Hudson Grove Property Management is actively seeking experienced, qualified, and dedicated maintenance professionals for open Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor positions within our company.

    Talented candidates will have 2+ years of progressive maintenance and operational support experience within the multifamily housing industry; demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, presentation, and communication skills; have working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair; possess strong people management skills, including being able to read people well, start and hold a conversation, approach people, and be approachable; the ability to climb stairs, take elevators, bend, squat, reach overhead, and safely lift 50lb. or more; have their own tools; and possess a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.

Working collaboratively to address the maintenance-related challenges of a multi-site portfolio, ensures you'll lead an onsite maintenance team dedicated to providing a quality living experience for our residents.

    Partnering with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will surpass the expectations of our residents by maintaining strong resident relations, ensuring residents are served well and satisfied with the community; manage the logistical readiness of all maintenance operations; assist in readying units for occupancy; maintain and repair appliances, electrical, plumbing, domestic boiler systems, and other building systems; utilize your troubleshooting and technical skills to identify and resolve work orders; partner collaboratively with the Project Management Team, vendors, suppliers, and contractors to advance the renovation/remodel of the community; beautify the grounds and ensure attractiveness of curb appeal; participate in on-call rotation and snow removal at properties; constantly monitor the physical condition of the property and proactively execute appropriate corrective action; perform preventative maintenance on essential equipment to prevent interruption of services to our residents; order parts and supplies, while managing inventory; obtain bids and schedule service appointments with vendors and contractors; work diligently to conserve maintenance expenses within budgeted expectations; and manage any other responsibilities as delegated by the Property Manager.
